About Deep
Coach, facilitator, poet.
I'm Deep Ahuja Sharma, an ICF Master Certified Coach, Advanced Certified Team Coach and global facilitator. For over two decades I've worked with leaders from more than 70 nationalities, across Big 4, Fortune 500, defence, IT and manufacturing organisations, and I'm the founder of Coach N Coachee.
I'm also a published poet, and that comes with a side effect my participants have learned to expect. Somewhere in every workshop, a poem or an acronym turns up, completely unplanned. Give me a word your team is wrestling with, and there's a fair chance it leaves the room as an acronym. My IDEAS framework, for example, was born at a leadership bootcamp in Africa, just as the group was diving into a brainstorming session: Insight, Direction, Emotion, Action and Support. Nobody has managed to stop me yet. To be fair, nobody has tried very hard.
At home, I'm mother to a teenager. It is the most advanced leadership program I have ever enrolled in: no syllabus, constant live feedback, and a participant who reserves the right to roll their eyes at every insight. It keeps my coaching honest.
Across boardrooms, retreats and my dining table, the work is the same: hold the space, listen deeply, and trust people to find their own answers. That is what I help leaders learn to do for their own teams.
My approach
V.I.A.: from insight to action.
My work blends Eastern wisdom, such as mindfulness and reflection, with Western frameworks, such as Gestalt psychology, neuroscience and systemic coaching. I begin by knowing the room: people's context, their realities and what they actually need. V.I.A. is how I then take them from reflection to real change.

We use evocative imagery, including my Deep Reflections cards, to explore thoughts and feelings that are hard to put into words.

Internalisation
We engage all the senses and integrate head, heart and hands, so insights move beyond thinking into how a person feels, believes and acts.

Positive psychology and emotional intelligence turn those insights into specific commitments and new behaviours back at work.
